Today’s Bali photo is from the traditional market in Candi Kuning, Bali. This sweet young woman engaged us in conversation, we SHARED
some stories and jokes and bought some delicious fresh fruit and corn. If you find yourself in Candi Kuning market be sure to try the famous corn (the mangos are simply devine as well).
Candi Kuning and Ulun Danu Temple
Candi Kuning is a charming small town in the mountains (1300 meters above sea level). It is in Tabanan Regency in Northern Bali in the vast area known as Bedugal. It is a perfect stop on the way to the spectacular Ulun Danu Temple complex at Lake Bratan.

Also in Bedugal are The Bali Botanical Gardens (Kebun Raya Eka Karya), Jati Luih and the Munduk waterfall.
