As a former trauma survivor and a very clumsy human, she has collected a myriad of life lessons including those from the past decade of her yoga journey. From studying with Bryan Kest (founder of Power Yoga) having a brief stint at public speaking, leading hundreds of yoga and DJ community events along the Cali coast, leading several global wellness retreats, studying in India and traveling the world to see first-hand what’s going on with the yoga scene, she has dedicated her work to sharing her experiences with those that vibe with it. Her various teaching sessions have been featured in SF Gate, SF Weekly and LA Weekly.
Julie doesn’t believe that any single yoga style is THE way. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to living your definition of peace, health and being the best version of yourself.
