Jane Holland is a passionate yogi with a love of travel, adventure and whole self health and wellness. Her passion and inspiration comes from a genuine desire to hold space for people wanting to create and explore their very best self through mindfulness, yoga and nutrition.
Jane teaches Hatha Yoga classes in Byron Bay in Queensland and has been invite to teach Beginner’s Yoga all over Australia. She also facilitates workshops at the Evolve Yoga festival and has taught and led wellness retreats in Bali, Thailand, India and Spain. Currently completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine with ACNT, Jane graduated from the Food + Spirit practitioner program in 2014 and completed a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Yin Therapy in Wellington, New Zealand in early 2016.
Jane’s passions are wellness, food, travel, meeting new people, surfing and connecting with nature any way she can. She loves sharing practices that align the body with the breath, creating mindful flow and effortless connection of body, mind and spirit.
