Bubbly and bright, Ruth has never really considered doing yoga until sports injuries happened. A regular yoga practitioner of six years, she has never looked back since. Guided by Tan Hee Boon in conjunction with Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Yogapoint in India, Ruth completed her 200hr Hatha-Vinyasa yoga teacher training in November 2015 and regularly attends yoga and anatomy Continued Education for Teachers (CET) to improve her knowledge and hone her teaching skills. She is also Barre Body Australia certified and teaches high-energy Barre classes. Ruth’s alignment-focused styles aim to prevent her students sustaining any kind of injuries while gently guiding them towards a self-discovery journey on the mat.
