From Beginners to Experts, All are Welcome

A week of workshops and classes to improve your quality of life, fitness and mental focus. This isn’t a bootcamp. It’a complete physical, mental and spiritual experience that will help you achieve peak performance and focus—all while staying in 5-star luxury in one of the most enchanting tropical environments in the world.

Imagine waking up every morning to in a lush oasis surrounded by views of the ocean and volcanoes. Daily classes will take place in the open- air yoga sanctuary followed by incredible meals and free time to relax in the Balinese spa & healing pool.

In addition to the movement disciplines offered we will also be exploring the wonders of Bali with hidden waterfall treks, coffee plantations, island boat trips, snorkeling and more.

All workshops are scaled to the participant’s ability. Absolute beginners are welcome.

This event is limited to 20 participants.

THE LINE-UP

The founder of Agatsu Inc is recognized worldwide as an authority on Kettlebells, martial arts and functional fitness. Shawn was the first teacher to release instructional DVDS, workbooks and to offer instructor seminars in Canada.

He continues to work with Canadian and American law-enforcement, military, EMS and firefighters. As well as traveling the world giving seminars to fitness professionals and the general public.

Spending a lifetime training in martial arts, Shawn’s approach to fitness training is to seek a balance in mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance.

Shawn is a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher under Mark Darby, 3rd Dan Black Belt in Shito Ryu Itosukai Karate, a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a Supples Fit Bulgarian Bag Coach, and is a Certified Commando Krav Maga Instructor.
