Victoria began practicing yoga with her grandmother when she was seventeen and has been passionate about it ever since. Committed to lifelong yoga practice, and energized by connecting with others through yoga, she is energized by sharing the healing benefits of yoga and helping her students feel grounded and connected.
Having received her 1st certification in 2010, Victoria has centered her teaching around the therapeutic benefits of yoga. She has studied with Tiffany Crookshank in her Yoga Medicine program, learning the healing power of yoga. For years, she taught yoga in a drug rehabilitation program, bringing the inner focus and healing power of yoga to individuals striving for self-healing and personal growth. Victoria has taught at several different schools, companies, and lifestyle centers as well as a studio in her home for the last seven years, developing a unique yoga program focused on alignment, mindfulness, breathing, and connectedness to the inner self to promote physical and emotional healing through the development of both mental and physical strength.
Victoria’s unique Seva Yoga teaching style combines several yoga lineages in a gentle vinyasa and yin yoga practice which includes meditation, inner awareness, breathing techniques, and mantras. Students will emerge from the experience recharged and refreshed, with a renewed sense of inner calm and physical strength and suppleness.
