We guided a recent a yoga retreat group to Bali’s central highlands to see such iconic sights as Pura Ulun Danu Bratan Temple, The Kumbakarna Laga sculpture at Bali’s Botanical Gardens, The Bedugal Farmers Market and more.

After a yoga class in the botanical gardens, we took a short hike to view the impressive Kumbakarna Laga sculpture and some of the other impressive artwork on display on the garden grounds.
High in Bali’s Central Highlands, Ulun Danu Temple seems to float on the volcanic lake.
Some adventuresome souls joined us on a sunrise trek to the summit of Mt. Batur volcano as well. It was overcast for our hike but we managed to have a lot of fun and come away with a few good photographs as well. Thanks to both Alchemy Yoga Retreat groups for a wonderful and rewarding experience.
