Job Description
Assist Owner in marketing retreat, directly communicating with overseas clients.
Requirements
- One year experience, preferably in minimum 4-star hotel setting
- A strong understanding of overall hotel business especially in
- leisure International Market.
- Excellent sales skills, Communication, Negotiating skills,
- Presentation and Public
- Speaking skill in English a MUST.
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Dynamic, Independent, Motivated person
- Must have outgoing, friendly, helpful and responsible attitudes
- Computer Skills (Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Presentation Software)
- Able to work under pressure, individual and team.
Reservation Coordinator (RC)
Job Description
- Facilitating Reservations (Group and Individual)
- Communicating reservation details to the rest of team
Requirements
- One year experience in reservation hotel or villa
- Organization and time management, dealing with correspondences
- Very Detail oriented person
- Updating Booking Calendar
- Computer Skills (Word Processing, Spread Sheet, and Presentation Software)
- Able to work under pressure, individual and team.
