Yoga Pranayama Meditation

She continued her studies focusing on centering the pelvic core with gravity and using the breath to interlink   in ‘Vital Principles of Yoga’ with Dona Holleman in Milan Italy in the year of 2009-10.

Terri’s passion in the Art of Breath and Movement brought her to one of the three remaining students of Vanda Scaravelli, in the year of 2010-2011.  Scaravelli’s approach to Yoga was to listen to the body, going with it and not against it, avoiding strain and centering your attention on that delicate point, the back of the waist, where the spine works in two opposite directions.

Terri has completed her studies as a Certified Yoga Instructor, and is a licensed Pranayama and Meditation teacher with the International Yoga Institute of Healing in California. A tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharaya.  A Holistic Style of Sequencing Asana for specific needs in Yoga Therapy, incorporating breath, movement and mental faculties.

Terri’s Style of Yoga is over 30 years of Self practice in the tradition of Iyengar Style of precise alignment and incorporating her degree as a Yoga Therapist, by designing charts specifically for the individual’s needs.

Through the last 15 years she has traveled to India, Italy and back to America, where she teaches workshops and classes for all levels and personalized individual programs in therapeutics for specific needs.
