Bali Yoga Retreat: 15 – 25 March 2015
Purify Body Mind & Soul With Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga, or the Yoga of Bodily Mastery, aims to purify and bring balance to body, mind and soul. On this retreat we will delve into the practices of asana, pranayama, pratyahara, mantra and meditation to refresh and rejuvenate on every level. Relax and de-stress in beautiful surroundings, indulge in spa treatments, and experience the rich spiritual culture of Bali.
In keeping with the theme of purification, the group will participate in a water purification ritual at one of Bali’s most famous temples, Tirta Empul. The retreat coincides with Nyepi or Balinese New Year – it is a day of quiet reflection and aimed at bringing balance with God, mankind and nature.
Your retreat begins on arrival in Bali – you will be met by our driver and transferred to Vilarisi Hotel, Legian for a one night stay. Enjoy sunset drinks and a welcome night dinner before heading to Lovina (north Bali) for four nights. The night before Nyepi we transfer to the 5 star surroundings of Floating Leaf Eco Retreat for four nights of luxury and indulgence. The final night will be in Legian with a two hour spa and dinner included.
Numbers will be strictly limited – BOOK NOW to ensure your place!
