The Livin In Flow Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat is a time to connect deeply to yourself through the practice of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and adventure.

 

This retreat is for those of you who are looking to deepen your practice, adventure in a new area and connect to a like minded community. You will learn through morning and evening yoga practices, self inquiry, workshopping the poses and pranayama (breathing) techniques and so much more to dive deeper into the joy of pure being—Livin in Flow.

RETREAT DETAILS

Morning vinyasa flow for all levels – a beautiful moving meditation. These sessions will create a deeper awareness and connection to yourself and will include breaking down postures, alignment and breathing practices.

Evenings are all about slowing down. During the evenings our goal is to restore energy and bring balance into living a busy life. We will practice restorative and yin yoga along with guided meditation practices and yoga nidra. These practices help to offer tools for you to reduce anxiety, stress, low energy and trouble sleeping. You can’t help but notice the powerful positive benefits from meditation, deep breathing and slowing down.

You will have plenty of time to explore and adventure around Bali during the days with many options to choose from like – White Water Rafting, Volcano Trekking, Bali Safari & Marine Park (Jungle Tour), Surfing, Snorkeling, Sacred Monkey Forest, Waterfall Hikes and so much more!

Living Yoga Off The Mat with a Charity Trek. We are excited to add a very special element of seva (service) into our retreat! Join us for our optional group activity as we immerse into the local community.

ABOUT YOUR RETREAT LEADER

Taylor is a yoga instructor who is passionate about creating an inclusive yoga community. She loves to share the yoga lifestyle, what it means to ‘live yoga’, and offers mindfulness tools to help others connect deeper to themselves and those around them.

Taylor began practicing yoga at age 15. As a dedicated student she went to immerse herself and learn as much as possible and began teacher training at age 19. She has traveled the world and has studied with many incredible teachers like Shiva Rea, Honza and Claudine Lafond, Briohny Smyth and Dice Ida Klein. Taylor teaches many styles of yoga and mindfulness to all levels of practitioners- vinyasa flow, restorative, yin, yoga nidra and meditation. She loves to lead yoga teacher trainings, workshops and retreats around the world. 🙂
